'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'I had a good business trip for the most part. The staff are great. Staff are willing to help and make things right. I do wish that all rooms had a microwave, to my knowledge you can request one during long stays, but ! It has to be available, people stay for long periods of the time there. Unfortunately not having a microwave was an inconvenience for me, I didn’t enjoy having to travel too the lobby to heat up my food, it was very dreadful. 'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'
