'Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. '

'Clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was furnished. It was so nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We highly recommend!'

'The condo is super cute and already came with hairdryers and coffee filters so that my friend and I could just relax and enjoy the stay. The decor is awesome and access into the building was easy. Great walkable neighborhood to Riverwalk.'
