'Charming, quiet spot to stay. '

'Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. '

'What a wonderful spot the Shaker Bear Cottage is!! We were in New London for a Colby Sawyer college reunion, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Our hosts Tom and Kem are wonderful, and their cottage is so lovely—-spotless, well appointed with anything we would need (kitchen, bathrooms) and was tradition New England decor. We loved our visit!!!'

'I loved the place. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. We decided to go away for a night for our 23rd anniversary and brought our young teen children with us. They had zero complaints as well.'

'Very convenient to stay close to family. The beds were comfortable. The AC kept turning off and was glitchy. We reached out to the property manager and let her know we got it figured out, however we never heard from her.'

'The place was nice and clean. It is far from places to eat. B&B’s just aren’t what they use to be. No breakfast’s served and no personal contact.'

'You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. '
