« wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzĂŒgig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Stadt selbst ist mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) oder GaststĂ€tten versorgt, wobei die Öffnungszeiten der GaststĂ€tten nicht jeden Tag der Woche...

« The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty. « We have had an amazing time in this house in Kasterlee. The house was very clean and the rooms are very spacious. There was more than enough room for our family (11 people). The kitchen had the right utensils and enough space to cook with multiple people. Also, the surrounding area is very nice. We would totally recommend this accommodation! »

Nous avons quand mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ© de la rĂ©servation, sans remboursement possible car l'Ă©tablissement est injoignable. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone sonne dans le vide et nous n'avons jamais eu de retour de mail malgrĂ© plusieurs relances. "
