'We loved our stay!'

'While the location is great and access to SOME of the resorts amenities is a plus the listing needs to be updated to reflect the CURRENT situation that existed during my stay. The safe was not available. Towels are NOT provided at the Pool. A few other minor innaccuracies. Most Importantly what was not disclosed nor included in the lease agreement is that the Host REQUIRES the thermostats to be set to 71. 6 F and has them locked with signs to not touch them leaving you with no climate control. ...

'The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day. My guest will be doing a review on Google and I will probably never use Expedia again without some explanation or compensation. We met other guests that were not happy...

'The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant. '

'Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.'

'Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request.'
