'Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. 'We enjoyed our stay at the Waterside Hotel. Parking in the basement was easy with lifts to all floors. The room was good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only grumbles would be that it was difficult getting into the bath tub to have a shower and there was no fridge in the room.'
