'The walls are paper thin, we heard every door slam shut, people in the hallways, very hard time sleeping. Housekeeping came at 9:30 am, I answered the door and the lady saw that i was half asleep and kind of walked away. Security knocked on our door to let us know if we didn’t want to be bothered, have the sign up of do not disturb. I was confused because we literally checked in the night before and didn’t expect housekeeping to come already. I also did not say one word to the housekeeping lady...

'The room we booked was “ out of order “ I ended up in a smaller room that couldn’t fit my family. We were told Expedia would be refunded. When checking out and asking for my Expedia refund I was told the manager will call you in the morning. That’s all. Just to leave and then be charged 900 dollars on the card that I used for deposit for a tiny room that I did not ask for. Really bad business.'
