'not having check in staff was very uncomfortable as there is very poor cell service at hotel - took me over an hour to finally get a live person to hook me up to their wifi to complete online only check in. The room we had had King size platform beds with queen sized mattresses - with the platform sticking out about 8 inches past the mattress - at shin height where i scraped my shin several times during our stay. NOT HAPPY AT ALL'

'The room smelled like strong cat pee i think it was their cleaning solution.But the smell was terrible. Also some kind of construction going on inside the hotel but never saw anyone working. We booked the hotel on the basis of the indoor pool... but sadly found out when we arrived.It was empty. Just not a very good overall experience.'
