'Walkable; close to a science park and places to eat. You don't have to drive to get to a dining business. The parking and security are safe, excellent and easy. I don't gamble, but there is a casino as part of the hotel. The restaurant next to the casino and is part of the hotel has excellent latino food.'

'Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

'The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Although the parking was at the back of the hotel, it had an accessible and direct entrance, making entry easy. The only thing it needs is an elevator for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Even so, the staff was willing to help with luggage. Excellent service at all 🙏'

'This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back.'

'The hotel looked and smelled clean, that was very reassuring. The rooms with no balcony were small, ie...there's no closet. Funny thing is the toilet flush is incredibly loud! LOL The adjacent mini store available to guest was so convenient. The check-in was fairly quick. We were surprised that it offered NO continental coffee, let alone breakfast. For the most part, the staff was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...
