'Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

'Our ro I m was never tended to after we asked the young black man to clean and change our sheets we came back from bush gardens to climb into bed ti see the house keeper took the linen we sat outside our door . Yet failed to change the sheets or leave us any sheets. We had to call the manager oh yes after they deactivated our card on Sunday with nothing but " oh it could have been anything. Reason why our keys didn't work he brought us sheets and had the nerve to make an excuse for him saying...

'There was a dark hair in between my sheets which was not mine. My 8 year old son found it when he was about to get into bed. There was another hair in the middle of the shower floor. Seems like the room was poorly cleaned.'

'Aldrich House Bed and Breakfast is an excellent place to stay. We have stayed here three years in a row. Tom & Sue are wonderful. We love Tom's homemade breakfasts. The rooms and entire house is very clean and always smells so good. When coming to Williamsburg, this is the first place I look to stay.'

The room had a HORRIBLE SMELL, sheets were stained, so much so that we used our beach blankets to wrap around the pillow cases, unable to control the temp of the water in the shower, pool was green, asked the front desk for suggestions on areas we could go for dinner, he simply said "I don't know" That is a reasonable question to ask the front desk at a hotel when travelling, Luckily we were only spending the night as we traveled elsewhere, if not we would have not...
