'We spent a week there and overall it was pretty good. Having a kitchen was handy, allowed us to make our own breakfast and dinners which saved from eating out all the time. Unfortunately, daily cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, often they didn’t replace bathroom mats, face towels and some kitchen food sanitation essentials. The kitchen closed at 5pm so you would have to make sure to place your orders before 4.30pm for pick up by 5pm. There was a lot of construction, which I assume would be great...

'The staff was one of the best we have had when traveling, genuinely happy and helpful. Claire especially gave us some great recommendations in both Queenstown and Arrowtown which impacted our stay in such a positive way. Hannah at the front desk was also very helpful. The outdoor hot “springs tubs” were great after days of skiing and the fireplace and outdoor space in the room made it extra special.
