'The property is quiet， spacious，and fully equipped with all the essentials needed for comfortable stay. The host was prompt to respond and even let us check in early for the stay. 'We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected.

'First, the positive. The cabin was clean and was dry during a lot of rain. The location is on the water and close to Gravenhurst. We arrived at the cabin not having received an email with check in instructions. There is no office there. Thankfully the cleaning lady let us in.
