« We are a company who had multiple rooms for 14-days, one of the rooms was cleaned of all their belongings due to an internal hotel mixup. However, when asked about it, hotel guest services acted belligerent towards us. They took zero responsibility for their actions but rather double down on attitude. We will not be staying here again! »

« Room was clean upon arrival. Stay was amazing. Rooms are pretty soundproof so slept very well although it’s close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping very respectful of our things left around the room. »
