'Perfect'

'There are a lot of hidden mandatory fees for services that were not used. There is no parking and the valet parking is extremely expensive per day and night. There is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. The room looked old.'

'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, inside the tub, and even behind the bathroom door. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the entire room had an unpleasant dirty smell. The bed sheets also appeared unchanged, with visible stains on them, which made the room feel very unsanitary overall. When we asked for new sheets, the new sheets also had stains on...
