'The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. Even if you ask them to clean the room, they’ll fix the bed sheets and replace towels but they don’t clean the bathroom or anything. The hair that was in the shower remained there and there was a piece of paper on the floor I left there on purpose, and it stayed there. It was just convenient because it’s...

'A pretty basic place really, I think you room could do with a fridge, the staff are pleasant and helpful, I guess if you want better you pay more, but it's ok for a few nights single traveller'

'Will never go back. Elevator not working. No room service food. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom smells horrible.'

'I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As soon as I entered the hallway, there was a strange and unpleasant smell, which I also noticed in the room. After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.'

'Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready.'
