' i am 82 and was sitting in one of the dinning room chairs when it broke and sent me falling to the floor. As i was falling my head hit the table and i came close to blacking out.All the chairs are in terrible condition and should be replaced,'

'This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. 'Super easy communication from start to finish with Arthur! Place was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location. This was our first weekend away with a 6 mos pup and we could accommodate her easily. Everyone had a great time ! Thx'

'The home met our expectations, spacious, quiet neighborhood, our pups enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard. Also within walking distance to the beach and to downtown Seaside. Great water pressure for the shower was plus as well. '
