'Friendly and helpful staff. Location right next to a loud bar, so keep in mind to bring earplugs. Bed was extremely comfortable. Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. '

'This property did not have hot water, it was dirty, the toilet didn’t work, and it had electrical issues. It’s under construction. It pretty much looks like a motel if not worse. No one answers the phone so Expedia can’t issue the refund.'

'The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!'

'From check-in to check-out, everything went very well. Everything was clean. The staff was welcoming & hospitable. We rested well because the bed was comfy. I didn’t get the opportunity to check out the amenities as I had planned. I heard breakfast was delicious but kept missing the time it was offered. I also wish I could have swam in the beautiful guitar-shaped pool. We had a great view of it from our room. I’ll most certainly plan to return & try out what was missed!'
