« This property used strong chemicals for cleaning. It Was not healthy breathing in such strong fumes, made breathing uncomfortable and did not sleep well. Would have left but paid in advance and got in late as it was a quick stop to sleep during our long travels across the country. Breakfast had what you would want for a free fill up »

« My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again. »

« The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. « Place was dirty, unsanitary, and it needs a lot of fixing. The hotel needs to be refurbished and needs new appliances and new furnitures My pillows were old and dirty and all they put was clean pillow cases My bed was dirty and the curtains are old and needs to be replaced also they are falling apart as well Respectfully I am sorry to say but I was not comfortable at all and I didn’t wanted to leave my luggage and my personal items behind »

« When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport.
