« Zero Stars!!! Avoid this hotel at all costs. After a 9-hour drive from Florida, we arrived at Homewood Suites Shreveport at 1:00 a.m. for our confirmed reservation, only to be told, “we messed up and we don’t have a room for you. I guess I should have called you.” They sent us to the Hilton Garden Inn. We specifically booked a room that was advertised to sleep six (2-queen suite with a pullout sofa).
