'We could tell the place had previously been a bit higher end, but regardless it was a good place to stay. The pool area was strange but we were the only ones in it so we were happy! It’s in the same room as they serve breakfast, separated by a half wall, and the whole room is surrounded by guest rooms. Feels like an indoor motel '

'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'

'The views from the pool were great as well as the access to the Spa with the whirlpool. Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". 'Easily accessible tos surrounding areas. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable. Could have been cleaner in the areas that you “don’t see” such as the corners of the rooms, etc. overall great. '

'Centrally located for site seeing. Grabbed shared rides to the trolley and the river cruise, though they may have been walkable. Sadly, the Arch was closed. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Anjas for working so many meals during my stay. He was a friendly constant during my stay. '

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
