'The views from the pool were great as well as the access to the Spa with the whirlpool. Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". 'Great little gem in the heart of downtown! America Center is literally steps away; you can easily walk down to Ballpark Village. The staff at Magnolia were welcoming and kind; the valet service was great and it was nice to not have to worry about finding parking. The hotel is absolutely pet friendly! '

'We requested a room with a view of the Arch. The accommodation was made easily and we had a partial view. The room, King bed, was appropriatly furnished with excellent amenities. 'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'

'The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!'
