'Staff was very attentive, friendly, available. Hotel was clean, gorgeous and architecturally beautiful. Breakfast offerings....thoughtful. Happy Hour offering with a meal was above and beyond. Loved everything about this hotel.'

This survey asked me about the ‘free breakfast’….that is the first Ive heard of a ‘free breakfast’. We had a great breakfast there, but was bought. '

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
