'I booked a one night stay because the pictures looked nice. When I got my room it was musty scent in the room and smelled like pee could’ve been on the carpet so I told the front desk person and she said the person who stayed last night didn’t have a problem. I wasn’t concerned about someone else’s stay so I didn’t care for that comment. A friend of my mine came in my room to confirm it was unpleasant smell as well. 'Great service and Clean Rooms'

'Bathroom stopper was not functioning, the bathroom shower water kept filling up the water in the bathtub, it was not working properly and causing water to backup. The check-in was smooth, easy, and the receptionist was very pleasant and easy to work with.'

'The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.'

'Upon check in on Thursday I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman, His kindness and customer service was the reason my family and I stayed. After learning the pool was being repaired (which I wanted to leave than) but he said it would be up by the weekend and it was. Thank you sir for great customer service. The 5 stars for the staff is because of him.'

'The hotel is a bit run down. Needs maintenance. There were some areas near the lobby that had torn carpet and exposed hardware. Just felt unkept and not to Sheraton standards.'
