'Room was not clean, i had to sweep the floors. The shower nozzle spray water on the ceiling on the wall and on the floor it was an old nozzle. No elevator for the hotel. We had to carry our luggage upstairs'

'Standard room - clean to an extent - missing lamp light fixture as assumed there should be one on each side. Staff seems nice from what I was able to experience but the ppl I spoke to encountered seemed “over it” or that’s the vibe it gave. Also the maintenance is not well kept on the outside as there was a trashcan that was super overflowing by trash and piece fell over due to that. Great area but needs to better to get 4/5 star from me'

'Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport '

'The rooms were extremely nice and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay there again. There was some minor confusion when i first checked in as they wanted me to pay again but that was because the reservation didnt state it was a package deal on expedia.'
