'I really liked staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly when checking in and out. The beds are super soft and aren't stiff like most hotel rooms. I also liked that they had popcorn downstairs to take. They also served dinner at 5:30, which was pretty yummy and we got two complimentary drinks with it each. Slept in so I didn't see the breakfast but I'm sure it was just as good. We definitely will be back when we return to Charlotte soon.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager. As we were packing up to leave, the hatch on my vehicle broke. He went above and beyond by helping my husband get it repaired. His kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much better experience, and we’re very grateful. 'Pool party upon my arrival. Had to change rooms immediately to a lesser room at same cost due to noise of pool party.'

'My room and bathroom was very clean but the toilet didn't flush properly. There were also a lot of cigarette butts on the ground out back in the seating area behind the pool that residents left even though there was a cigarette butt container and a big ashtray. The front also had an empty black and mild box in the ground. The staff was great though. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very cold so I changed the temperature and put it on low. 'For the price, this place is a great deal! It’s also close to a train station, and the staff were very helpful with answering our questions about how to use the train! A few things to note- there is NO BREAKFAST included, but they do have free coffee and a selection of teas. The rooms are clean but there are things in slight disrepair. We couldn’t use the ice machine and the bathtub drain did not fully close (could only take a shower in our room). The AC unit worked but it was pretty noisy too.'

'For our family trip with two adult children, the room was fantastic option for us. The staff was very friendly anytime we interacted with them. The location was good as a base for our day trips around Charlotte. We were a bit disappointed in the pool as it appeared dirty. Also, in the fitness room, there were no towels or wipes available for during/after workouts. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were OK but got a little boring being there 7 nights.'
