'Staff was not very friendle during check in or check out. The gentleman who checked us out acted like we were a bother. He said they charged my crefit card although the hotel was prepaid. He said Expedia didn't send then a receipt, turned it that the receipt they gave me was not mine.'

'The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.'

'The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. The 3rd day, they emptied the trash and reset the towels, but nothing else. They didnt even make the bed. It was a bit disappointing.'

'A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! '

'This hotel is amazing. I got a single room with two beds and the space was enormous!! The restroom was spotless and big. But overall the vibe of the place was very artsy and eclectic. I will definitely stay again!!'

'Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes.'
