'I have always been satisfied w Holiday Inn until recently, they have new coffee machines. The coffee tastes awful, like vinegar..😫.. And at this particular location, I was looking forward to using the pool, which, was, under construction!! Also, the air conditioner ran constantly! Disturbing while trying to sleep. And I did not have it on the constant fan setting. 😞 I found the bed comfortable, although the other bed was not, for my adult children., I do always like their check out time. 😌'

'Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water...

'The property was clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood AND great location! Hot tub and all amenities worked well. Host remedied WiFi issue in less than 24 hours. Door and garage access codes were easy enough.'

'I loved this hotel. I could live there. It was gorgeous. Tastefully and beautifully decorated. Comfortable with many seating options where you could socialize, have a drink, or simply relax, amongst beauty and charm. The staff was delightful and kind and answered any questions I had with ease and Grace. They went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. The pool was gorgeous. The bar served exquisite drinks and the hotel itself is in an excellent location. Off the beaten path so...

'My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!'

'The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.'
