'I would stay here again.'

'This property is currently undergoing renovation so the lobby was not accessible. This is understandable, but there was not even a chair for my husband to sit in while I got the car. The breakfast area was also closed off and breakfast consisted of an apple, a granola bar, a muffin, and a small carton of milk handed to us in a paper bag. The coke machine was empty. The property is also not that easy to drive to if you aren’t familiar with the area.'

'The property was clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood AND great location! Hot tub and all amenities worked well. Host remedied WiFi issue in less than 24 hours. Door and garage access codes were easy enough.'

'A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! '

'Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes.'

'My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!'

'Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. 'I've added a star because we are not the intended target for this chain. We were there for a 2 night weekend visit to family. Their customer base is for longer term stays so that the amenities in the hotel (refrigerator, cooking facilities, kitchen sink, etc.) are meant for them whereas I'd have preferred everyday housekeeping. Speaking of housekeeping, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived and empty when we left despite me telling the front desk in person after the...

'Kind staff and great pool!'

'The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.'

'The room was noisy from outside traffic but they did provide ear plugs however if you’re not used to using them they can be uncomfortable to wear. Hotel was excellent and staff was so nice! Will ask for another room facing away from the traffic next time'
