"It is remarkable hotel management accepts the receptionist be so rude and unwilling to help or try to reach a solution. I was told to figure it out myself why I had a booking confirmation, proof of payment and it didn’t match to what they had in their reservation system. If I booked through Expedia, I should sort it out with them and not hold the other guests up who wanted to check in. So he simply refused to check me in. If I were to treat a customer like this and talk the way he talked to me, I would get fired on the spot. Our assitant even tried calling him to send all documentation that we didn’t know why the name did not match their system and neither did Expedia (who she contacted immediately) because they gave them the correct name. He told her to get off the phone because he didn’t have time to deal with her nonsense. She sent everything by email immediately and he didn’t even bother to reply to the email nor call back. OMG!"
