'Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again'

'This hotel is so nice! Everything has been newly renovated! I was most impressed with the bathroom! It was so modern and bright! The bedding was super comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel!'

'Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....

'The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting.'

'Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!'

'We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.'
