'The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...

'Great location. Convenient to vineyards, downtown Galena and HoofIt goat hike. Separate bedroom/baths on each floor worked out well for our weekend girls trip. Even saw a hot air balloon our last morning just floating past the resort. Made for a lovely visit. '

'This property was perfect for our girlfriend get together. Plenty of space, clean, well stocked and provided very comfortable beds with quality bedding. It is located in the Galena Territory which is outside of Galena and is absolutely beautiful country. Be prepared for windy roads that wind through the countryside and provides spectacular views. Our host was great with communication and very friendly. If we return to Galena, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!'
