« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Patrick was a great communicator and had some great suggestions for our downtime when we were not playing baseball. The lake access was great for the boys to fish, kayak and a peaceful place for morning coffee. I highly recommend staying all around great experience. »

« The host was phenomenal. The house is absolutely amazing and better than advertised. Everything was clean and beds slept wonderfully. Plenty of space and everything is set up perfectly. Indoor and outdoor space with plenty of comfortable seating was great. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Loved it!!!! »

« Close to the lake and great if you have kids. We travelled with 3 year old twins, home was very child friendly. Love how secluded and quiet it was yet close to everything! »

« My realtor said get out of my home for the weekend showings, so I did. This is where I landed. The place was exactly as you see in the pictures. Welcoming, bright & freshly decorated. I was a bit apprehensive from a few of the reviews I’d read. Let me say there were no bugs in this flat. The house does have a very steep terrain in the back a bit, but nothing that could not be walked from the car to the unit in the back where we stayed. The hubs is in dementia & unsteady on his feet. « It was a relaxing stay and everything was as described. The roads were very steep and curvey but with some concentration and slow driving they were manageable. I would be hesitant to drive them in the dark. Our first night there we were visited by a black bear in the back yard. We admired him from afar and he didn’t seem to mind us. We also saw several deer. Communication with the owner/ management company was great. Any questions were answered very quickly. I would definitely book again. »

« We had a great time in Big Canoe. Plenty to do for everyone. The property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after long days of exploring, hiking, fishing, and boating. The Mountain views from this property are spectacular! The home is lovely and well cared for. The Big Canoe community is impressive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation! »
