'Nice hotel for one night stay'

'フロントの人は日本語が通じたのでよかった アメニティもついてるし無料コーヒーもよかった 場所が駅の前なのでそれもよかった 2泊しましたが朝食が前日と違うメニューだったからよかった'

'Mooi hotel op een mooie plek bij het water. Dicht bij mooi park en station voor trein, bus, metro en taxi. Mooie zeezicht kamer en prima ontbijt'

'The hotel is quite nice, modern, and has a luxurious feel. However, it could do a better job keeping up with maintenance to preserve its quality. The biggest downside was the air conditioning—it wouldn’t cool below 24°C, which made the room uncomfortably warm at night. Other than that, everything else was great, and I had a pleasant stay.'

'Schone kamers en een perfecte locatie. '

'Spa was niet gratis helaas stond dat niet bij de boeking omdat we 4 dagen verbleven kregen we 1 x gratis wel jammer ookal was het goedkoop. Metro en bus in de buurt. Personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam.'

'erg netjes hotel, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel'

'Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

'While the location may be a hike from areas like the train station or Gwangalli Beach, the property itself is very swanky. The room is spacious, the appointments are very high end, the beds are soft, and the bathrooms are *to die for*. I felt like I'd been in the shower for an hour after just 7 minutes. Great hotel.'

'Das Hotel is good But, the check-in was very difficult because the process is without counter desk. Full automatic .. as I booked the hotel by Expedia , there was complicated problems for check in'

'Sehr gutes Hotel mit günstiger Anbindung.'

'Kamer werd schoongemaakt maar er ligt vloerbedekking en dat is nooit helemaal goed. Wifi was zeer goed. Personeel heb ik niet veel nodig gehad. Het zwembad is erg klein zeker buiten.'

'Great location near the station. The good public transport is perfect for discovering the city centre. The hotel rooms are very neat and have all facilities expected. The beds are good.'

'Vriendelijke ontvangst. Schone, comfortabele kamer. We kregen een welkomstdrankje.'

'The staff on the front desk was very helpful even offered us an Umbrela during the rain and info on dining.Maids were the best at helping and cleaning.'

'I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10.'
