'Mooie accomodatie met mooie kamers en mooi groot zwembad.
Uitstekend ontbijt en diner met meerdere opties.
Helaas is het hotel wel een beetje afgelegen maar wel op een mooie plek met een mooi strand.
De badkamers zouden beter uitgerust kunnen worden met een inloop douche.
In het bad douchen is toch echt te klein voor de europese man.'

'Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

'外国の方の利用が多かったです。スタッフの方も外国の方が多い印象でした。みなさんとても親切でした。
客室はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。
駐車場がホテルから少し離れていたのですが、トゥクトゥクが頻繁に行き来していたので困ることはありませんでした。
売店もおしゃれな商品が多くおいてありました。子どものマリンシューズも販売していて助かりました。
1点、日本語があまり得意ではないスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、駐車場の説明を受けたのですが聞き取りづらかったのが困りました。
あまり難しい口頭で説明をさせずに、パネルや図で説明していただいた方がいいかもです。'

'The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach.
Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient.
Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. 'He hotel is really new and nice. However, rooms are too small compared to other older more established properties. The staff was not very helpful due to inexperience. Also, the hotel doesn't offer much concierge service. There are amenities missing in the rooms for example body lotion doesn't exist in the hotel rooms and the hotel doesn't have any body lotion.'
