'The check in took over one hour due to a staffing shortage. The manager was not present and no one was assigned to cover the check in desk. Housekeeping was calling around to try to find staff. Sad to say, the building and furnishings are also in need of upgrades.'

From the front desk staff to the morning team serving breakfast, and even the goodies at the front desk, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The only minor issue was the pool, which was a bit dirty.'
