Savoy Monumentalis is a modern and charming apartment, which stands out for its decorative details, high-quality equipment, and a spacious balcony with a wide sea view, where you can enjoy the sun and be dazzled by the sunset.

The apartment is on the 6th floor of a newly built building with high standards of quality and comfort, located in a prime area of Funchal, with a garden, infinity pool with sea views, a communal gym, and private parking in a spacious garage.

The apartment has an interior area of 105 m2 and a balcony of around 40 m2, totalling 145 m2 of private area, in addition to the vast communal areas of gardens, swimming pools and solarium.

The apartment comprises a bedroom with a king-size double bed (1.80x2.00), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is located in the Lido area which is the main tourist area of Funchal.

Within a few minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 550 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 700 meters from Lido Beach Complex and 1800 meters from Praia Formosa beach.

The property has easy pedestrian access to services and attraction areas and bus stops close to the building.

The airport Aerobus has a stop about 200 meters from the south entrance of the building.

By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.



REMARKS

The pool is not heated but is open all year round and can be used weather permitting, unless there is some temporary maintenance work taking place.

The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Any malfunctions, incidents or faults in the initial cleaning must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be checked and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Issues reported late for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.

6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
