This spacious and elegantly decorated 150 m² two-bedroom apartment in Madeira offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants serving diverse culinary delights. Situated on the 6th floor and accessible by lift, it provides both privacy and easy access.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation. It features a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony with its comfortable seating to enjoy scenic views and fresh air.

A dedicated office space with a sofa and desk offers the perfect environment for remote work, study, or simply unwinding with a good book.

The kitchenette includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery, so you can easily prepare home-cooked meals.

The first bedroom is an ensuite with a plush king-sized bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and wardrobe. Both rooms feature hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and access to a private balcony.

The three bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant stay.

Guests can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool and gym, and the property is professionally cleaned before every arrival for your comfort.

Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a stunning area with easy access to attractions like the CR7 Museum and Casino da Madeira. For those looking to relax and unwind, the nearby Doca do Cavacas offers delicious dining options, and Pestana Grand provides luxurious spa services. With its great location, Atlantic Gardens Beach is the perfect spot to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the beach is just a short distance from the nearest stations for convenient transportation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The Madeira International Airport is just a 20-minute drive.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
