An elegant apartment, set within a luxury private condominium, is the ideal refuge for those seeking comfort, spaciousness and luminosity. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a balcony with spectacular sea views, it offers everything needed for an unforgettable holiday.



Upon entering, we are welcomed by the living room, flooded with natural light, which combines a comfortable sofa area — perfect for relaxing and watching television at the end of the day — with a dining area equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners, and also features a practical area with a washing machine, iron and essential utensils, guaranteeing total comfort during your stay.



The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom for use by all guests, ensuring practicality and flexibility.



On the outside, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, children's playground and covered garage for one car, combining leisure and functionality in the same space.



Located in a luxury condominium, close to various cafés, supermarkets and services, this apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking spaciousness, brightness and comfort, with all the amenities for a practical and relaxing stay.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
