Flats in Frye Island

'The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire...

'This was our third time staying at the West End Condo. The property has all the necessary amenities and is surprisingly quiet at night. The kitchen/living room are great for small family hangouts, and the two en-suites provide much appreciated privacy. We love that it is located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and museums. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in the city!'

'Location was convenient for family reunion happening in Moose Pond. Owners were communicative and helpful when we were there. Home was clean, comfortable and well appointed, though a/c and refrig water filters need changing. The smaller bedroom upstairs has quite a hard mattress, larger bedroom mattress is comfortable but latex, which I am allergic to but I had forgotten to ask about that before renting this time. Overall met our needs and would recommend to others. '

'Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!'

'Wonderful unit to stay in and close to everything! The place was spacious and gave us lots of options to divvy up the sleeping arrangements. Lots of TVS set up as well! Parking was a huge plus. We did hear some tenants walking around and talking above us toward the end of our stay but it was only occasional. Would highly recommend this for your stay. '
