She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. »

« The room smelled and there were stains on walls. Staff allowed me to see the room before committing. The chemicals used burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. Left and was told I would not be billed. That means you have my money. I requested a refund through the chat and was led to believe I would get a response within 24 hours. You failed! Will not use you again. And will tell it on social media outlets as well as everyone I know. No thank you. »

« Property was clean, beds are like plywood, and the sprinkler in the room has a lovely little strobe light that will drive a person bonkers if you are sensitive to light while trying to sleep. I could hear a lot going on outside too. »
