« The casino was lively and well ran. Parking was good. There was no problems with parking. I happened to have left my sweater in EATs restaurant. The waitress had security to put it up for me. After going to separate locations of the casino, it was finally retrieved. The rooms were clean. Not really a complaint, but bed was lower than my normal bed which caused me to have lower back pains. The pillows were very small. I don't remember the pillows being that small during my last visit which...

« After traveling 11 hours… I walked into the hotel was not greeted by the lady behind the counter. I greeted her, said I needed to check in and she replied there were no rooms were available. I asked did she know about how long she said 3:00. I sat in the parking lot and watched 2 different people enter the hotel with their bags and they never came back out. So we sat with our bags in the foyer. While sitting there I heard the lady answer the phone made a reservation for $148… I reserved my room...

« Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine...
