« The room was fine only once we were able to locate it as the map was outdated and the path outside to get to the room was dark. The check-in procedure was terrible. No front desk assistance. No pin number sent by email by the hotel to get key to access room. No answer to the hotel phone support. Expedia was very courteous in assisting us. The tried to call the hotel as well with no answer. A few people were in the same predicament at the hotel door. Luckily, a few people were together...
