'The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. '

'It was very important to have a fenced yard for our little dog she is really part of our family enjoyed the use of the pier for veiwing the Potomac and a little light fishing the cottage was very clean and comfortable if we can we would like to return sometime '
