'Avoid Liz at all cost. She doesn't want to help the customer. She is very forceful with the customer. Chaz and Admonis are the two gentlemen that you want to deal with. They are amazing and they go above and beyond to help the customer. Again at all cost avoid Liz.'

'No breakfast. Just pancake machine, rotten bananas, some oranges, bread and yogurt. No protein at all. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage. No juices. No water. No bagel....'

'Room was clean and ready on time. Spacious and comfortable beds Staff were all nice and accommodating Breakfast was typical for a hotel but lacked in variety. We were there for 5 days and had sausage everyday, would have liked to see bacon. Pool was clean but very warm, almost felt heated which is not good in the heat of Florida summer.'
