'Such a fun, hip hotel with nonstop energy and activities! There’s always something going on—from sports to social events—so it never feels dull. The daily spa treatments were absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind in between all the action. The beach was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing vibe. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious, fresh, and still managed to be healthy, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!'

'The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.'

'We were given a very friendly reception when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and very clean The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of English and Caribbean foods. The pool was clean and it was easy to get a sunlounger and towels. It was easy to walk to the Main Street in Rodney Bay from the hotel. I would give it 5 stars all the way except from 9pm to 2am the loud music from the nearby nightclubs kept me awake. '

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food. The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids...
