'The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.'

'Hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of season and it was very quiet and maybe this is the reason it lacked atmosphere. Lots of maintenance happening while we were there as they were gearing up for a busy week with the jazz festival. The hotel is a short walk from the marina with several dining options there (needed as the choices at the hotel were very limited) but otherwise not much is within walking distance. 'This is my fourth time at Coco palm and I was very disappointed. There were several issues with my room. My safe wouldn't lock accurately my knob to the refrigerator door was loose and hanging my air condition would not work properly which they came to fix stated it was fixed only for not to be working. When I return to my room there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm. I was not impressed with Coco Palms time there needs to be some upgrades as well'

'This place is our favourite place to stay in the Caribbean. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will definitely be back. Food is great. Drinks are better. 'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'Windjammer Landing was a wonderful resort at which to stay, we wanted an all-inclusive property with activities for teenagers included and this fit the bill perfectly. The staff was very friendly. The spa was elegant and the massage was most enjoyable. The tipping policy/practice was difficult to pin down/understand but otherwise a great place to stay.'
