'The property is absolutely beautiful with large villas on the hill and shuttle services to take you from the villa to the lobby, beach, restaurants and all the amenities on the resort. We had a one bedroom 2 bathroom villa with living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, large patio with pool and spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff is very friendly, the beach is beautiful. Non motorized water services with lots of fun options. The food in the restaurant is average and it gets pricey if...

'Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices.'

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

'Wasn't the best of places , didnt like the size of my room and there was little to no amenities'

'We really enjoyed our stay - the property was pristine, well maintained pool and grounds, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated! I was very impressed with everything and highly recommend! The host and staff were very professional and responsive.'
