The grounds are well maintained and public areas are very clean. The free beach loungers and umbrellas are a nice touch, not to mention the free margaritas! We experienced a leak from the condo above and Casa Playa management took care of everything and compensated us for the inconvenience of work being done during our stay. We highly recommend this property! »

« As our adults kids are still finishing grad school or working their dream jobs, it is hard to find time to get away and regroup. This was the perfect place...the beach. We loved the condo, it had all the essentials. We were VERY impressed with the cleanliness of not only the condo, but Gullwing Resort, which is where the condo is located. We had a wonderful week which included experiencing Hurricane Elsa. lol It was so easy to have grocery delivery...including 1 day that Instacart delivered...
