1. At check in i had to wait for quite sometime now i see why they have a seated check in 2. When i got to the room i saw some dishes at the front, they were there until the other evening 3. The following day which was my birthday, i had pure flies following some fruits that were in the room when i came i called room service multiple times and no one came 4. Later that day on my birthday the room started flooding there was showers of rain coming from the roof. I paid $100usd for decorations it was all ruined 5. The front desk wanted to send maintenance and someone to clean up the water i said no i need a different room 6. I receive a new room like what i had not even an upgrade, they didnt even think to redo decorations being that it was my birthday. When i tried to use the plug in the room it came out in my hand i could have been electrocuted 7. As a vip Expedia guest i received late check out, i was hoping the hotel would happily grant this after what has happened they wanted to move us again to a junior sweet to stay until 6:00 after i just had to moved to this room It was entirely a bad experience i would never go back or recommend any one to go They could have

Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that need improvement. On the Palladium family side, there are very few restaurant options for families since most restaurants are located in the Adults Only section. We ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. Between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., it’s almost impossible to find food. If you wake up later or want a snack, the only option is a small café serving coffee and desserts. More food choices are needed during those hours. The rooms are beautiful, but the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses are very hard, and I didn’t sleep well all week. The biggest disappointment was the virtual reality attraction in the Teen Club. My kids were excited to try it, but we were told it was only for guests aged 30 and over, which makes no sense in a teen facility. The buffet was good overall, but there were very few vegetables and far too many desserts. The beach on the Palladium side was also disappointing: it’s small, with lots of seaweed and rocks, making it difficult to enter the water without water shoes. Finally, the service often seemed to depend on tipping. Without tipping, staff were frequently less friendly and welcoming, which was disappointing for a resort of this level.
