'Pleasant atmosphere as we walk into the lobby, service and amenities was excellent, only thing that was missing we needed bottle waters in the room , was expecting at least a courtesy bottle per guest..But putting that aside we will surely be back next year ..'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer was netjes '

'Property was clean and host was accommodating. We had an additional request and host was able to assist.'

'Zeer gedateerd en middelmatig hotel'

'I was overwhelmed by the generosity of the owner, Doris, I spent one day there on my arrival in Jamaica, they made me feel so welcomed I decided to spend my last day there as well. Doris was so kind, she even took me to the Knutsford bus free of charge! Wi fi worked in the room as well.'

'Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. 'It was dirty, everthing you touched was sticking and lits if mold. Bathroom was from the dark ages and mold. Paid too much for this and was ver concerning because of the mold and healthissues.'

'Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry...

'We waited forever in a shadycary office'

'Needed an impromptu quiet night and was grateful to find the blue room at a moment's notice. The room was beautiful and I needed the quietness. Muhammad was amazing, even took me to the grocery store. I will be back soon that's for sure.'
