The Unit
This is a studio unit in a well-kept quadplex in one of Fort Lauderdale`s most walkable neighborhoods. It`s one of four units on the property, each with its own private entrance, its own smartlock, and its own dedicated parking space. The space is compact but genuinely comfortable — everything you need for one or two people who want a proper home base rather than a hotel room.
One queen bed, a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to actually cook in, a Smart TV, dedicated workspace, and room-darkening shades that guests consistently mention when they talk about how well they slept. The bathroom is shared between two of the units on the property — we just want you to know that upfront so there are no surprises. In practice most guests find it easy and stress-free, and it`s kept clean and well-stocked throughout your stay.
For Guests Traveling with Pets
This is one of the most genuinely dog-friendly properties in Fort Lauderdale and the reviews reflect it — guests mention their pets regularly and the setup is specifically designed to make it easy.
The backyard is fully fenced, which means your dog can run around off-leash while you relax. Dog bowls are waiting when you arrive. We keep doggie bags on hand for walks so you don`t have to remember to pack them. And the pet fee is $50 per pet — a one-time charge settled before check-in, kept at a level that actually reflects how welcome your pet is here rather than treating them like an afterthought.
The Kitchen
A full kitchen — not a kitchenette. New appliances, a drip coffee maker, complete cookware, and everything you need to cook a real meal or just keep snacks and drinks stocked while you`re out exploring. Having a proper kitchen changes the rhythm of a trip in a way that guests notice, especially for longer stays.
The Shared Outdoor Space
The backyard is shared between the units on the property and it genuinely works well. There`s a BBQ grill for communal use, outdoor seating, and the fenced yard that makes it so good for dogs. Most guests find it relaxed — everyone tends to do their own thing and the space is big enough that nobody feels crowded. It`s more like a shared courtyard than someone else`s backyard.
The Neighborhood
Northeast Fort Lauderdale is a well-established, tree-lined neighborhood that feels genuinely residential — quiet streets, close neighbors who`ve been there for years, and an easy pace that`s a nice contrast to the beach energy ten minutes away.

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.
3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.
4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.
5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.
What is expected of you?
1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.
2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.
3. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
